Use-Lab offers individual seminars that can help you establish a common ground with regards to usability engineering in your team. With practical exercises and interesting information, our workshops offer you the opportunity to bring more usability know-how into your company.
Workshops
In addition to the general principles of usability engineering (human factors engineering), topics can include international regulatory requirements, methods for formative and/or summative studies, or the implementation of the usability engineering process in your own company. On request, the seminars can also be based on internal SOPs, which we can prepare with you if desired.
We are happy to supplement our seminars with varied and in-depth practical parts in which the knowledge imparted is applied, e.g. to your own product.
The seminars are conducted by Thore Reitz and Torsten Gruchmann, who together have more than 30 years of experience in usability engineering, user experience and human factors engineering.
Employees from almost all departments e.g. product- or risk managers, developers, quality management and regulatory affairs, can benefit from a usability workshop.
Seminars can be carried out as in-house training in your company, with the advantage that no annoying and extensive travel expenses are necessary. Alternatively, our premises can be used, which offer space for up to 20 participants. Larger groups are also possible on request.
Feel free to ask us about individual content – tailored to your needs. For example, we can also cover special topics from the areas of technical documentation, product instruction, patient safety or design.
